Gorgeous Charlize was born under the majestic sign of Leo. As she was born just a few hours before a new moon, her moon sign also falls in Leo. This double Leo quality is quite evident in her in that there is something quite cat-like about the way that she moves. Leo's tend to have a thing about their hair and are often pre-occupied with it, this of course is symbolic of the mane of the lion. This glamour girl has Virgo as her rising sign but more importantly she has Venus, the goddess of beauty as her rising planet. Debra, who plays the role of Grace in Will and Grace, was born in Brooklyn New York on the 15th of August 1968. Although her sun sign is Leo, she has no less than five out of the ten planets in the sign of Virgo. This will tend to make her quite a self-critical person, but also someone who has an eye for detail. The element of earth is very strong in her chart and if was not for the strong presence of Neptune in her chart, would have inclined her to be very practical and realistic. Neptune is the planet associated with acting and drama – on the screen and in real life – she has master’s degree in drama. Neptune sits in a tense triangle with both her sun and her moon. As a child, she may have had imaginary playmates as people who have this combination have access to a very vivid imagination.

Issue 18 August 2005: Robert Redford 18 August 1936
Heartthrob Robert Redford was born under the sign of Leo. Sensitive Pisces is his rising sign which also contributes to his sexy image. These two signs, Leo and Pisces, are often associated with drama and acting. Five of the ten planets in his chart, including the most important two, the sun and the moon, fall in the 6th house area of his chart. This area is associated with health, diet and the body/mind connection, similar to the sign of Virgo. With no less than four planets in Virgo, one could guess that he is probably either very fussy with what he eats or that he could be quite a health fanatic. Actor and humanitarian Richard Gere was born under the sign of Virgo. Once voted one of the sexiest men, he is perhaps best known for his role opposite Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. His moon sign falls in the sexy sign of Scorpio, which also is the sun sign of Julia Roberts. This sun/moon connection is one of the prime indicators of compatibility and their on-screen chemistry was unmistakable. He was born with the serious planet Saturn right next to his sun, which adds a lot of depth to his character. He has no doubt given Buddhism and the plight of the Tibetan people a tremendous amount of time and thought. A beautiful aspect between Venus and Neptune is of course the signature of an actor, but this combination is also associated with music. It is a lesser-known fact that he is an accomplished pianist and music writer. His wife, Carey Lowell (Aquarius) gave birth to their son on 6 February 2000, also Aquarius sun sign. He is named after his paternal grandfather, Homer.
